「在我未曾去過的那裡」
藉由泥土創作的過程中，體悟到自身與自然，與宇宙萬物的連結。
有一日，發現這樣的連結，也存在於谷川俊太郎的詩之中，
谷川先生的詩的言語，穿越了時間與空間，翱翔於宇宙，震盪至靈魂深處，
開啟了我愛上讀詩的契機。
詩詞之美，在於僅少的語言，卻包羅萬象。
詩的未竟之地，存在於「空無」與「物質」間的一處，意味著無限。
「空無」並非代表無一物，而是涵蓋了無邊無際，萬事萬物，也就是宇宙的整體。
在字裡行間，我們可以任意遨遊在無邊境的意識流中，
我們藉著作品的精神性找到了安住與萬物合一的力量。
這樣的意境，與我從事創作的本意十分相近。而我將此意識化為物質（作品），
化為形體，此型形體並非刻意彰顯自身特意的語彙，而是藉著作品再次引導進入屬於觀者內在的意識狀態，探索自身與宇宙與世界連結的那一處。而那一處，對每個人來說都是極為珍貴的生命經驗。既是單一的卻也是所有人類的共有的，因此，我們會彼此觸動，會興起了同理與共感，這也是藝術最美好之處。
無論詩詞，繪畫，音樂，或者雕塑，都僅是將我們帶入那未竟之地，去探索與認識自己與生命源頭連結的開始。
「⾏ったことのないそこへ」
粘⼟で創作していると、⾃分と⾃然、そして宇宙の万物が繋がっ
ていることに気づく。
ある⽇、私は詩⼈・⾕川俊太郎の作品の中にも同じようなつなが
りを⾒出すことができた。⾕川さんの詩の⾔語は、時間と空間を
越え、宇宙を駆け巡り、魂の奥底を揺り動かすとされる。
詩が美しいのは、僅かな⾔葉の中に全てが包含されているから
だ。
詩が向かう到達地は、「無」と「物質」の間にある。そこは無限
の地と⾔われる。「無」とは、何もないことではなく、むしろ果
てしなく続く世界であるとされ、そこにあるすべて、宇宙全体を
包含している。
⽂字を通じて、私たちは果てしなく続く意識の世界を⾃由に駆け
回ることができる。作品の精神性の中に安住の地を⾒出し、世界
と融合する⼒を得る。
そして、私にとっては、それが創作の原動⼒になるのだ。
私はこの意識を作品という物質に変える。形になった作品は、決
して⾃分⾃身を主張することではなく、むしろ作品は観る者の意
識を導き、⾃分と世界、そして宇宙と繋がる「あそこ」へと連れ
てゆく。そこでの「あそこ」とは⽣きているうちに、誰もが⼤切
にする命の体験のことである、これは個々の⼈間、ひいては全⼈
類にを共通の体験でありうる。それゆえ、我々は共に触れ合い、
共感し、感動することができる。だから芸術は美しい。詩であれ
絵画であれ、そしてまた⾳楽も彫塑も、すべて私たちが⾏くべき
「あそこ」に導いてくれる。こうして⾃分と命の源との繋がり模
索する道のりが始まる。
“Where I have never been”
In the process of creating with clay, I realize the connection between myself and nature, and the universe.
One day, I discovered that such connection also exists in the poems of Shuntaro Tanikawa.
The words of Mr. Tanikawa’s poems travel through time and space, soar in the universe, oscillate to the depths of soul, welcomes the moment for me to fall in love with reading poetry.
The beauty of poetry, lies in the fact that it encompasses everything with little words.
The unfinished land of poetry, exists in between “Emptiness” and “Matter”, and that is, infinity.
“Emptiness” does not meaning nothing. It covers the boundless. It is everything, which is the whole of the universe.
In between lines, we can roam freely in the edgeless stream of consciousness.
We find the power to live and be with all beings through the spirituality of works.
This artistic conception is highly similar to my intention of creating.
And I transform this consciousness into matter(work).
Turned into a form, this form does not deliberately emphasize its own special vocabulary, rather, it leads the viewer to their inner state of consciousness through work, the place where the self, the universe and the world meets.
That place, is an extremely precious life experience for everyone.
It is sole but also shared with all human beings. Hence, we are touched by each other, compassion and empathy arises. This is the most beautiful thing about art.
Whether it is poetry, painting, music or sculpture, they are all starting points for us to explore and know the connection between ourselves and the origin of life.
